RETURN POLICY

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately by email at support@fastenerusa.com, or by phone at 1 (877) 593-2723, we will make sure you are satisfied.

1) Call for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Number at 1 (877) 593-2723, or email to support@fastenerusa.com. RGA numbers must be obtained within 30 days after the original purchase date.

2) All products must be returned freight pre-paid and must be in resalable condition and in original packaging. Damaged boxes and/or partial boxes with missing and/or damaged fasteners are not in resalable condition and therefore will not be refunded.

3) On items with FREE SHIPPING, the original shipping cost paid by FastenerUSA will be subtracted from the refund amount.

4) All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

5) No returns on Special Orders

6) Refunds will be applied to the Credit Card or PayPal Account used in the original purchase.

IMPORTANT: All returns must have a valid Return Goods Authorization Number. Return Goods Authorization Numbers expire 30 days after the RGA issue date. Orders returned with an expired RGA number and/or without a valid RGA number will not be refunded. Do not attempt to return your order to the address whence it came. The return-to address will be provided with the Return Goods Authorization Number assigned to you.
